Orders over $200 may qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
For smaller orders or special delivery requests (such as inside delivery or setup), additional fees may apply.
Delivery & Setup (Optional): Local deliveries within our service area can include professional setup and demonstration for an additional fee.
Damaged or Missing Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If items are missing or damaged, contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and send replacements promptly.

Return Policy
We understand that sometimes an item may not work out. We’ll always do our best to help — while maintaining safety and product integrity.
Eligible Returns
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Returned items must be in original packaging, with all manuals, parts, and accessories included.
A 15–25% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and sanitation costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:
Bathroom safety items (commodes, shower chairs, etc.)
Cushions, bedding, and pillows
Incontinence supplies
Any product that has been assembled, worn, or used (including wheelchairs, walkers, or oxygen equipment)
Defective or Incorrect Items
If we made an error or the item arrives defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange an exchange or repair at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable service for all returns.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection for processing.
